The Engage Ministry Collaborative (EMC) is a small cohort of ministers who engage in key discussions around curable pains that can be fixed in church systems. EMC takes a deeper approach to systems development by looking at the theology behind various church ministries and its effects on becoming a healthy, growing church. These deeper insights will impact each person's individual ministry and help equip them to bring about needed changes to unhealthy areas that are currently affecting their ministry.
